To be successful, you will have to give up any type of life. You will work 80 hours a week. No work life balance at all. They say they do not micromanage you, that's a lie, you meet twice a day and must give details on what you did for the day. Bonuses are not as good as you think, they tell you its market, it is way below market for other recruiters. Too much competition, they over hired and many, many people are working on the same jobs to fill. You are only as good as your sales team-if they are not getting jobs, you are not getting jobs and have to work on stuff out of your area. Managers have favorites, if you are not one, you are done.

This was the most toxic place I've ever worked. Management doesn't care about the temp workers - they only care about making money. They will pay temps significantly lower than the client is offering, because they can make more money. If you like being micromanaged and like being treated like you're in high school, this is the perfect company. Benefits are terrible.
