      Cons

      Company culture is quite clicky, submittal expectations are unrealistic and no genuine support from leadership unless they are friends with you.

      Best job i've ever had

      Pros

      culture- fun prizes early outs, great coworkers and appreciation for good work; flexibility due to remote nature. I can never go back to in office work. Supportive environment when you need it while also room to thrive alone, which is a great combination for me and if you work well alone. You are accountable for your own work and success with support available.

      Cons

      would like higher base pay, though it seems on par with the industry. the incentive is that you can get hefty bonuses but it can be hard to get significant bonus because need to get 13 starts in a quarter to unlock the 6% of gp which can be difficult depending on the quarter and numerous circumstances. All in all it is definitely the best job i've ever had.
