      Hiring process with Kforce

      Senior java developer

      I recently went through the hiring process with Kforce, and I have to say that it was an incredible experience. I am a citizen of Mexico who applied for a job as a senior Java developer in the U.S., and I felt valued and respected as a candidate at all times. Bradley Pinel and Marissa Kurt guided me through the process from start to finish. Kforce offered to provide me with sponsorship for a U.S. work visa and start the process for a Green Card! I really appreciated the transparency and communication from the staff. Overall, I would highly recommend Kforce, Inc. as a great place to work that provides fair compensation and benefits and allows you to expand your IT career.

      The initial relocation expenses could be taken into consideration.

      Poor pay

      WFH and never having to go to the office.

      Cons

      The pay structure is awful and way below market rate for the roles we do and the workload of 2-3 ppl at a time. Most places give an 8-10% bonus at the end of the year and another 7% raise. This 2.5% won’t even cover the rising cost of everting. At this rate I’m making less than I was when I was hired. The benefits package is awful you pay so much each month and it covers nothing. Urgent care cost me almost $700 and I have the gold plan.
