-Unless your a recent college grad I would suggest you go with a company that treats you like an adult. I came out with some experience under my belt in my mid-late 20s and worked with a bunch of kids who couldn't decide if they were still in college or not. Management looks over your shoulder non-stop which I don't blame due to the average age there. A lot of chewing out happed in my dept because the kids couldn't get their job done after a Wednesday night of drinking.

Did not care that the position did not meet expectations Would not consider looking for other opportunities Never followed up with you after placed After temp months expired did not communicate as to whether or not hired by company Did not take interest when client had to resign due to negative atmosphere and outrageous hours No contact and no initiative to place client into different position/Basically told to sign up with other agencies
