      Pros

      I loved the people. Loved my boss. Loved the regional director. They want you to do well. They invest a lot in you. Great culture. Great base pay!

      Cons

      Heavy on metrics, as with most agencies. Be ready to work hard so you can play hard. I feel that some late evenings were required to properly keep up my book of business, so work life balance was hard for me.
