      Pros

      I been a recruiter / Account Manager with Kforce for almost 5 years. Kforce is a great company to work for. Management succeeds when the team succeeds, thus management is always there to coach and help. The culture is consistent across the firm and they stick to a work hard in a fun environment.

      Sometimes can be difficult to make on the fly changes.
