      Pros

      Initially they are focused on there associates trying to help them out and get them rolling with the contracted company.

      Cons

      Do not return calls after 3 months in the position. Promise raises but they never happen, I was always told we will check on it and would never hear anything about it. My contract was expiring with a current company and they would not set up interviews with other companies.

      Pros

      The people and environment are awesome. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you succeed. Flexible hours and a positive work environment make it a joy to come to work.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times and things change very quickly. Somewhat numbers driven, which can increase the amount of demand the job requires.
