      Pros

      Recruiters are polite and professional.

      Cons

      Too many clients for one recruiter. You are told they will get back to you and they DON'T. If you call them back they say things such as "oh it's been really slow in the market". Interesting though other recruiters are very busy working jobs with the same title. hmmm...
