      Pros

      - Initially was a relaxed casual environment - multiple departments to manage documentation, payroll, legal, visa sponsorship etc

      Cons

      - a lot of upper management changes forced top leaders and revenue generating employees out - took away proper training for new associates

      Pros

      Great people, pay, training and yearly PIP trip for top performers. Nice perks at corporate such as an onsite cafe and gym. Decent benefits, PTO and flexibility. I loved the diversity (for example they had a bible study once a week that was open to anyone). Lots of field offices and corporate headquarters in Tampa which allows for lots of internal opportunities.

      Cons

      In some teams and markets it feels like there can be some favoritism (although I firmly believe in rewarding people that get results) and sometimes I feel like we've been too slow to make decisions or put things into action as a Firm. If you are not directly tied to a revenue generating role, you'll always be less valuable in the eyes of management.

      Pros

      Flexibility for hours and work schedule. Team Environment. Great people to work with. Management cares about their people. Great culture and fun environment.

      Cons

      Work / Life balance if you strive to move up through the ranks. KPI driven. A lot of restructuring. Compensation is not the best in the industry.
