Pros

Kforce has been a phenomonal place to work. What I've gained in terms of life experience, quality friendships, and the culture of helping others has been tremendously rewarding. Additionally, the compensation model offers all the opportunity to bear the fruits of financial success.

Cons

Kforce would not be ideal for one interested only in personal gain, a quick career stop, or an individual averse to a collaborative team dynamic.

The staffing agency finds you work, easy to apply, interviews are quick with easy questions. They have many positions available but mostly call centers.

Cons

Temp positions, really no stability or growth within companies that they hire you to work at, communication could be a little better between agency and employee.
