      Pros

      Strong commission scale, amazing culture, great work/life balance, generous and benevolent leadership, executive leadership travels to offices

      Cons

      Sales is sales. It's a numbers game,but at the end of the day if you are a producer/rainmaker you won't be bothered about KPIs.

      Pros

      They work hard to find you positions, they pay much better than other contract agencies that I know of, benefits are good and 401k options are good (Vanguard index funds FTW).

      Cons

      Health insurance through Kforce is very expensive if you want to insure your spouse and/or children, for an individual it is a good price though. 401k matching is minimal to nonexistent, no guarantee of matching from year to year.
