      This is not a job for everyone. It is challenging and will push you. If you are motivated person that wants to grow A LOT, this is for you!

      Pros

      keep force offers a fun environment lots of opportunities to learn and an overall fun Bierman to work in. Lots of young people, good amount of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      The benefits package is very expensive if you have a family. Before excepting an offer we can't force you should definitely taking consideration their benefits package into the equation.

      Amazing culture and leaders. PTO, benefits, work life balance, flexibility, ability to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      Ramp up period can be lengthy if you are new to the industry. Not a lot of hand holding so you must be able to work independently.
