      Pros

      Earning potential is high, compensation plan is fair, and they have a number of resources available to support the sales and recruiting efforts; much more so than in competitive companies

      Cons

      I any publicly traded companies there will be things that you can't do; harder to do lower profit deals

      Pros

      Tons of room for advancement, sales culture with great incentives, visibility to senior leadership even within a $1B+ company

      Cons

      I really haven't encountered many cons. The expectation is you work hard/ play hard and not everyone is willing to put in the effort, which can drive some turnover.

      Pros

      Great contract work, opportunity for immediate advancement to those who have advanced skills. For example if you take a pc tech support job for $16/hr, they may offer you a team lead position for $18/hr if you have pertinent ceritifcations . As far a benefis, as a contractor you have none.

      Cons

      Even though you are on contract, you are taxed as if you are a W2 employee. They might do 1099's now. It has been a while since I have worked for them.
