      Pros

      You will get the opportunity to work around some very talented people. While it can be a negative, working for a company that was and continues to be a leader in the staffing industry helps with gaining traction with customers.

      Cons

      The amount of red tape and the overall size of the organization is slowing down the ability for it to be flexible in the marketplace, a marketplace that is becoming more and more competitive each day.
