      Great pay. Lots of support. Tons of free training.

      Cons

      Be sure you and your recruiter work together to get a clear idea of the job and day to day tasks you will be asked to do. You don't want to be stuck with a dreadful position.

      Great support, great opportunities for free training

      Cons

      I didn't find out that the benefits cost for employee + 1 was so high - $900 a month in my case - until I was already working. They seemed evasive when I asked the cost so I dropped it - I'll never make that mistake again. PLUS I felt extremely pressured by the recruiter who told me to remove my resume from the internet and not talk to any other recruiters.

      Pros

      Focus, experience, premiere accounts, amazing technical ability, understanding of the work to be performed. Kforce works diligently to understand their clients both consultants, and companies that require the service. They ensure that the match between the two is accurate and that they keep getting that right over time.

      Cons

      Very competitive environment which requires the very best combination of thinking and doing.
