Great entry level recruiter training Solid basis in base skills required to become a productive recruiter Kforce is a great place to get your feet wet in recruiting, they have high metrics tracking and if you can stand a year here, you will land a good internal recruiting position at a company that won't micromanage you. The skills I learned here are still in use today, I also learned a large variety of unethical behavior by watching my co workers, and so it was interesting to learn what not to do.
Cons
Terrible commission structure, with limited transparency. It seemed like there was always another reason that my commission never equaled my draw salary. The employee turnover was terrible. The bull pen atmosphere didn't foster cooperation amoungst employees, more like rampant rabid competition.
