      Pros

      Good people. Flexible schedule. Met some of my best friends there and got good experience with B2B sales which other bigger sales corporations will look for on your resume such as medical or pharma sales.

      Cons

      Politics. Some of it is luck. If you work in the right department or get grandfathered into big accounts you can do really well. If you are taking over a spot that had little turnover then its for a reason and you ll do really well. If you are taking over a position that had lots of turnover than chances are you will be next. Thats not to say you cant or wont do well but its just the numbers and stats dont lie. Get in the right spot, right division, right position and yes you can do well.

      Pros

      Good culture and large company with financial stability.

      Cons

      Recruiters within the NRC are not comped fairly in comparison to recruiters in the field or with other staffing companies. Even with promotions the raises are not good. In some cases $2 to $3/hr per bracket raise at best. You can expect to make under 50k a year through three promotions within the NRC. Management seems to be okay with a high turnover rate and this seems to be an acceptable business model for senior leadership. Kforce could retain some great people if they could pay their core folks a little better.
