1) They will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable at any assignment you are on. 2) They constantly check in with you to make sure you are being treated right on the assignment as well as make sure you are happy with the job itself. 3) They go above and beyond to make sure you are paid the wage you deserve. I really enjoyed working here because my Rep Amber Oliver always made sure to answer any concerns I had. She was compassionate and treated me like an equal. I could call or text her at any hour of the day and she would immediately do everything she could to get that problem resolved. She truly cares about all her clients and I couldn't have been more lucky to get her as my Rep. I recently got hired on by the company and I owe that not only to myself but to all the hard work that Amber Oliver & Kforce did with communicating with the company on my behalf. I encourage anyone seeking employment to go through Kforce because you won't regret it

Recruiting can be a very lucrative career, especially in the IT space. Decent training program, both introduction and ongoing. Great structure and organization. Long runway. Good office location. Friendly employees.
