      Pros

      If you are willing to put in the effort they have excellent financial compensation. I am on the technology side of the business. I had very supportive and uplifting leaders. My goals were clear and precise. With Kforce one thing that is nice is that they are a name brand in technology staffing which gives you immense opportunities with clients all over the US.

      Cons

      There are not really cons just different types of work. This is a production environment so you have a higher upside in financial compensation but it also requires more effort.

      Pros

      You get to work with a well known agency in the Staffing world. Sets you up well for jobs later. Other markets have different leaders with different values, which can great differ ones experience. Some markets are get to work for, others not so much.

      Cons

      Most toxic work environment I've ever worked for. Local boss plays favorites Lower commission compared to other agencies Expensive health insurance. Overall a negative experience, forced to work on weekends. The twice a day daily stand ups are constantly stressing "How bad everyone is doing, and how we need to step it up." Very stressful, and no support from local management, only more pressure.
