Pros

Great training program, very supportive team, a lot of very hard-working people, good pay.

Cons

The reason I was let go really did not make sense. I was hitting my revenue goal (one of the only ones exceeding it on my team) but was let go because I didn't have enough candidates going through interviews per week. Other people on the team were not held to this same standard. Very cut-throat culture once the market started going sideways.

Could be good money if you make it there

Cons

Awful leadership, have no money in the budget, expert gaslighters, unethical, don’t care about your career progression, oblivious, embarrassing to work for, have 0 communication, you’ll be just a number

Pros

Kforce really cares about their employees. They do all they can to make you successful. They are also very accommodating and do not micromanage. You have an opportunity to do very well for yourself.

Cons

Only downsides are what comes with recruiting in general.
