Remote, decent hours, not a lot of oversight on a day to day basis.

Cons

Learn quick or fail, the best job reqs go to the senior people. If you dont get put on a good team, you're stuck and no way off.

Pros

Great opportunity to grow business and make money quickly. Remote atmosphere is a huge plus but the opportunity to see your co-workers in person is the best of both worlds.

Cons

The first year is grueling and is definitely an adjustment, its hard but if you stick with it, it pays off.
