Pros

they sell this company and act like it is a laid back atmosphere, It is not. They also treat their employees like recent grads when I've had plenty of experience

Cons

benefits are not good, commission structure changed, constant turnover, upper management doesnt seem to know what they are doing and expects you to do busy work that wastes away your work day when you could actually be making sales
