they have good technology they have great executive leadership out of corporate training is great

Cons

poor leadership within the southfield, mi office and at the regional level from Cleveland i only saw my president twice during my employment they do not have project services developed what so ever the internal recruiters are bullies and what everything for doing nothing they promote account managers that have been with the firm for 10 years and only sold 2mm

Great Place to start off in staffing.

Pros

Great training and branding. You work side by side with peers that have been in their craft for years so you pick up great ideas. Great cross selling opportunities with other groups in the company. The perm side is much better over time compared to the contract side. Made friends for life there too.

Cons

The bad market conditions! Way to many people were downsized.

good opportunity to work w/ great clients and able to get out of the office for client visits. not much else

Cons

no investment in the workspace. dote way too much on the CEO (who has a really big cheesy picture of himself in the corporate lobby). Comp is terrible. benefits pretty much non-existant. management is very poor - they don't understand recruiting and how to work with the fortune 500 client. would not recommend
