Pros

- Interns have to go through a 3-month top-tier training program also known as the Kickdrum University (KDU) which makes them competent software developers able to develop scalable applications involving everything from frontend design to backend APIs including cloud hosting and infrastructure management. - Interns have to make an end-to-end full-stack application which they have to eventually get reviewed by the principals of Kickdrum with an immense amount of knowledge and they get a chance to learn from the best and see their insights as well. Just to put some icing on the cake, they have degrees from the top universities in the world for eg. Stanford, UCB, Imperial College, etc. I guess it speaks for itself their caliber in this industry. - The company consists of a lot of avid software developers with too much knowledge of all of the technologies being used. The people at kickdrum are not just specialists in a particular technology, rather they have a knowledge of the whole architecture around the system running. Every day I get to learn and improve myself by watching others' work and insights. - Opportunity to get good exposure to big client projects. - The management team is quite helpful and friendly here as well. - Office space is quite asthetic and work culture is fantastic.

Cons

I have not faced any problems till now.
