In a competitive atmosphere like Kickdrum, work can sometimes seem overwhelming but your mentors and leaders are there to help you strike a balance. As an organization, we have established meetings-free Fridays, Friday games, and flexible work hours. We are happy to work on more such ideas to help all of us find the right balance in our lives.

Good work, great learning and chill culture

Pros

The things that make Kickdrum a great workplace are 1. Tremendous learning and exposure to the latest web technologies, you are given a significant amount of ownership of the projects 2. The leadership team, senior devs and project managers are humble, approachable and are genuinely interested in mentoring you, if you want to grow 3. There is flexibility and freedom in work, and the company trusts its employees. I am satisfied with the work and get the due recognition and appreciation for it. 4 The company is taking great efforts in training freshers/interns through the Kickdrum University internship

Cons

More often than not developers are working overtime Not the right place for those who are looking for a chilled-out, slow kind of work

In a competitive atmosphere like Kickdrum, work can sometimes seem overwhelming but your seniors are there to help and the learning you gain is unmatched. As an organization, we try to strike a balance between work and play by having meeting free Fridays, weekly sports outings, and hybrid work options to name a few.

I found Kickdrum to be a really positive place to work. It is a modern work environment and a fast paced one.

Cons

I have not found anything as a significant downside.
