There's never the same teachers in the classrooms so there's no constancy. Teachers gossip about each other and the director. It's very unorganized. There's a teacher who is mean and always yells at the kids and other teachers. There are no benefits. They expect you to do lesson plans but don't provide the time to write them up or prep for activities. Everyone there seems stressed out all the time. Teachers keep coming and going. High turn over rate. There were times when I went over four hours with no break. Teachers were crying from stress. It's a very hectic environment.
