KSL puts the 'cult' in 'culture'

Pros

The kids are truly amazing. Experiments are fun. If you're at the right location you will have fun coworkers.

Cons

Management spends 100% of their time dissecting employees every move and waiting for them to mess up. They claim to be a forward-thinking, feedback-centered company, however, anyone with a dissenting opinion is quickly discredited or fired. Management is generally arrogant and likes to surround themselves with kiss ups. Turn over is crazy high, for good reason.

Pros

I loved (love) working at Kids Science Labs! Engaging kids in various activities and science-related builds was really the highlight of my entire last two Summers. This company urges you to expand your creative thinking in a leadership role as a teacher! Working for KSL will provide any college student with the tools and strategies needed in any career involving children!

Cons

The beginning of your first Summer can be difficult getting into the swing of how everyone at the center "flows," however like any other job you get used to everything with time. This is also a very active and physical job for those who may not be used to it - always on your feet!

The Birthday Parties are a blast. The day goes by very fast. You can earn great tips. Everyone works together as a team.

Working with parents can be hard
