Pros

Not really any pros. Helping kids was good but they usually come back worse and the therapists are useless and groups are useless.... So no pros.

Cons

Literally everything. Great job if you want to get punched in the face and not be able to do anything. Great job if you want upper management to criticize you even though they are never on the floor and barely know the kids. Great job if you want to do the most work with the least amount of pay in the company.

Pros

The pay is fair but can be much better due to certain circumstances staff is put through.

Cons

• Very little transparency and leadership support. • Supervisors have conflict of interest within workplace which has made employees under them jobs more difficult. • Will commit fraud on your name to save their end. • Will not give you full job description when interviewing, they make it seem better than what it actually is. • Intake process is very low. Will process kids that belong in very high level of care and will give no type of support when pressure is too high and overwhelming on employees. • NO OPEN DOOR POLICY. What they say goes and if you have an opinion they do not agree with they will find ways to terminate you. • On the floor training is never done by the correct personnel and when crisis happen or the residential units aren’t ran the way they like staff is to blame and they will make job life harder by removing positive activities off the unit. •Leadership and/or supervisors provide no aid and very little funding to do daily activities.
