Pros
Their are some clients that will stand out more then others. As they come in and are very traumatized, it is amazing to see the healing they get if they really want it. Some kids just stand out and its wonderful to watch it happen and know that you had a small part of that healing in some way.
Cons
What sucks is they have a cap on wages and once you reach it , there are no further in creases. Which means you can be there for 20 years and then some young kid who was only 2 years old when you began working there and has the same education level as you do, will start thier job making 1.50 less then you do,even though you've been there a long time and have gained so much experience. With the economy as it is now, the money is really not worth the hassels that comes with the job, and the sa crificing of mosz holodays and weekemds.
