      The work is rewarding and my coworkers are great

      Cons

      I got paid on a fee for service basis, but they required me do so much clinical coordination, and paperwork that I was only paid for about 50% of my time. Management treats employees like cattle and fires very quickly. They are not concerned about their employees well being and have ridiculous turn over which probably is why they keep going bankrupt. They take advantage of employees and then harass you for the smallest mistakes. Terrible place to work.

      Pros

      Great mental health experience, good peer support. Beautiful location. Majority of staff seems to really care about the kids. Many training opportunities.

      Cons

      Due to the pay, many of the "good" staff stay for a short time to gain experience and go on to higher paying job. Very high turn over.
