the staff are the most caring staff I ever had. the school Is so helpful they helped me apply for different thing and put my friend in college. it helped me get better grades and get noticed by scholarship programs

Some of the coworkers are very nice and friendly.

Cons

No opportunity to ever make more money or promote. Low pay. Department leads don't get along with each other and there is a constant noticeable friction. Some of the leadership belongs in the inpatient facility.
