Pros

Helping Children Scenic Campus Stocked with Supplies

Cons

High school cliques in Upper Management. No raise opportunities unless you sell your soul and keep quiet about any/all abuse & corruption of upper management.

Pros

loved the kids! They were the absolute best part of the job.

Cons

I left due to another job opportunity that pays higher. I put down a supervisor from KP as a reference and thought I left on good terms only to find out by another co-worker that she bad-mouthed me in front of other staff and lied and said I didnt do a good job while working there which is complete BS! I went out my way for the kids so much so I would come home and find new activities to try and come out my own pocket for supplies. DO NOT work here, it's not worth your sanity.

Pros

Nothing really! Some of the clients are wonderful, and helping them gives you a wonderful feeling like you’ve made a difference in someone’s life.

Cons

Immature female cliques, unwelcoming coworkers, bullying. Lies made up about you, gossip a very high school like environment and if you’re not willing to be BFF with your coworkers, you will be out casted and talked about as well as lied about to your supervisors! I was very unhappy working here because the people I worked with were nasty and mean! I only stayed as long as I did for the clients. Management needs to do something about this if they want to stop losing good employees. It’s so bad that they warn you about coworker bullying when you are in training!! Now if that’s not a red flag for upper management I don’t know what will get their attention! The turnover rate is outrageous!! And it’s for this very reason!! You will dread coming to work to spend 12 hours with people whispering about you screaming at you and even cursing you out in front of clients, and management does nothing! Trust me You do not want to work here! I loved my job when it came to the clients,But I was set up with all the immature nonsense!
