Pros
Decent pay, good benefits. If you really like construction work, can manage people, and are willing to forget your hobbies or interests than building things, you can retire a millionaire with this company. If you like do things in life other than work, or don't have the managment ability to climb the ladder, then this company will give you a great resume when you decide to move on in a few years.
Cons
Long hours. I have personally seen several divorces. If you have a wife, she better have a job that can relocate her as often as you, generally at least once a year, or get used to being home once a month for a long weekend to see her and the kids(if you have them).
