      Pros

      Good money, fairly good bennifits. Get to live in new places. Freedom to aplly oneself and be rewarded with more work and responsability. Get to be apart of some amazing jobs that large companies like Kiewit are capable of building.

      Cons

      The endless policies that are designed to ease the liability of being such a large company. The almost mindless brainwashing of young new recruits to achieve the goal of less liability. Young managment full of inexperience and costly mistakes. Relocation may be a con but if one is to stay with a company one must travel to where that company has work. Long hours may be a con but if you want to be success at anything the key is you must apply your time.

      Compensation is competitive, 401K match is decent, will offer steady employment.

      Cons

      Managers expect 55-60+ hours a week even if only 40 are required. Promotions are often not merit based.
