Free coffee is about the only good thing here.

- The leaders at Kikoff have no real vision or sense of direction. - Every decision feels impulsive and disconnected from reality. - There is no plan for employee growth or development, only empty promises and shifting priorities. - The constant disorganization makes it nearly impossible to stay motivated or feel valued. - Trust in leadership has completely vanished, and most of us are just counting the days until we can leave.

Various products but a lean team, so you get big ownership from day one. Company is profitable and growing, feels good to build something that actually works. Very impact-driven culture, you see results fast and your work matters. Tons of learning: cross-team exposure (product, data, eng), real business context, not just busy work. Pace is fast so you never feel stuck; great if you like challenges and picking up new stuff

Cons

Sometimes a bit unstable (startup life), people changes, opinions not always aligned; because everyone chases impact/short-term wins, quality can get overlooked a bit.
