Awful Quality Driven by Reckless Choices and Bad Attitudes

Pros

There were no real pros. From the very beginning, the instability was impossible to ignore. The atmosphere felt bleak, and any sense of positivity vanished almost immediately.

Cons

Quality collapsed again and again because of careless decisions. Some people rushed through important choices just to get them out of the way, and those reckless actions created disaster after disaster. The fallout was absurd, and employees like me were left carrying an enormous amount of strain because of it. The entire experience was deeply unpleasant.

Pros

- The company still feels small, and you WILL have a huge impact - The products are already extremely profitable, which is a rare for a startup this young - The employees are all extremely smart, conscientious, and helpful - The oat pudding in the fridge is tasty

Cons

Not really a con - the company has a very hard-working culture. That said, you don't have to work super long hours as long as you use your time efficiently.

Pros

Capable, responsible and driven team members who focus on our mission of providing effective and low-cost solutions that focus on improving our members' financial/credit position.

Cons

Specific elements of company culture can be better and are being actively worked to improve; post-onboarding, more transparent communication (from leadership and with regard to existing organizational processes), formalized performance recognition. As a start-up, these opportunity areas need to constantly be adjusted and are common - I appreciate leadership's openness to feedback and willingness to change/improve.
