      Kimbel is like a family. Great values and work ethic among most everyone. Flexible around family. Decent benefits. Company is growing at an unbelievable pace. Great career for tradesman.

      Cons

      Workload is quadruple that of a normal office job. Office jobs lack growth potential. No career plan for office. Mediocre to low pay.
