Pros
-Strong and earnest leadership -An amazing environment for paid training -Excellent pay/Bonuses -Robust options for movement or promotion -Voted one of the best place to work in Arkansas 2 years in a row (back-to-back)
Cons
-There is a lot of tasks and a few to do it. In certain areas certain people do a lot of work and on occasion can get burnt out... -There will always be a balance of grace and truth. When it comes to who to hire or as to when to rehire that is a hard line to walk...On occasion we have chosen wrong on who to bring into our organization...Our goal should be to protect out Brand...part of that is in what ambassadors we bring on to represent that brand. Note here: The cons I gave are general struggles for all companies as a whole keep in mind if the worst things I am speaking to as a negative are general procedural changes then that is suggesting I am really having to "search" for cons here Truly I say that Kimbel one if not the best place I have ever worked...
