      Pros

      Amazing benefits, Diversity and company culture is probably the best in the industry, They want you to be yourself and things like tattoos, piercings, open sexuality and other things of that nature take a backseat to your talents.

      Cons

      They don't pay the industry standard for their hourly employees but pay salaried employees much more than average

      Lot's talented leaders still within the individual business units

      Cons

      Kimpton's home office leadership is absent and no longer connects with it's employees. This is what made the company special and without it Kimpton is mediocre at best. There is little to no direction or vision and despite the feedback there is no attempt at improvement. Sad to watch.

      Positive employee focus as well as the emphasis on genuine customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      What was once positive and proactive in their attention to employee and customer satisfaction has turned into a company that is only focused on numbers. Simply, they don't walk their talk anymore.
