I would not Recommend applying for or giving Kinder Morgan your time when they have a job posting. The company culture is one that is a “Good Ol Boy” system. Management will promote and take care of employees that they favorite. Any employee who has different views such as embracing diversity, liberal mindsets or care about being politically correct will be raked over the coals. I was constantly devalued and treated like I was the scum of the company. This harassment by management has had lasting mental and emotional impacts that still linger in my life. Not only does this company treat people who are different bad, but their pay is not competitive for the industry and their benefits are decent at best. If I was you, and you are in IT, I would look elsewhere. This is not a good place to work, and should be avoided like the plague.
