      Pros

      There are some good co-workers dealing with the same thing you are. You learn how to multi-task and work through challenging issues. You have a job.

      Cons

      Little to no room for advancement unless you are part of the good old boy culture (heavy favoritism). The technology is very old you work with and new technology is years away from being implemented. Extreme micromanagement, no trust for employees, and opinions are not valued. Management rules with fear and intimidation. No respect for employee personal life (no work life balance). Few perks, non-competitive compensation or benefits. Very out of date corporate culture.
