      CAN WE SAY...DINOSAUR? OLD SCHOOL PRACTICES - LACK CULTURE - OVERWORKED FOR THE PAY!

      Pros

      Outstanding benefits. Great, friendly and loyal co-workers / employees. Clean & safe work environment.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours , tons of overtime during ME closing and some weekends . Accounting department not streamlined. Poor accounting software. Wear too many hats and have to put out "too many fires" during and outside of month end close. Too much work for the pay. Antiquated management style and micro-management a normal practice. No room for growth.

      Easy work, good fellow employees, free water

      Cons

      Vacation and holiday schedule is horrible, bosses treat employees like middle schoolers, lots of finger pointing, have to answer questions about every expense, don't follow procedures, cut out bonuses and pay raises during downturn, 30% increase in benefit costs, bad upper management that rules by fear, no training or advancement within the company

      Good benefits. Great place to learn old systems like Lawson and Excel for everything!

      Cons

      Leadership was promoted from within way to fast with no real ties to employee engagement. If you get results you get promoted regardless of your management style or values. Its all about money and nothing else.
