Their salary was pretty competitive compared to other contractors. I enjoyed my time working for them. They were fair.

Excellent pay, good hours, great work environment, good equipment, excellent support and supervision, plenty of time off, great benefit packages.

Cons

Not too many cons to list. I enjoyed my experience with them thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone in the pipeline industry.

no leadership!!!! Nothing to say,, Manager Just don't have a CLUE,,,, Don't know if he is coming or going,, How do they pick Managers from a Cracker Jack Box!!!!!

Do not believe in Safety and employees!!!! Employees is Last,,Safety Last,, I wonder if Rich Kinder knows that his Staff is not following their own Policies

Pay, benefits, people I worked with, senior management, work life balance. CEO often said take care of the employees and they will take care of the company.

Cons

Merger with El Paso Pipelines lead to large layoffs in 2012. Some middle managers don't follow through on the values expressed by senior management.
