Professional work environment, great people to work with and for, mostly everyone wants to move the company forward/in a positive direction, paid parking/metro (huge plus), supportive staff. Overall I enjoyed most of my team and I miss them. My team rocked I wish them all the best! Management's ability to not select certain employees who are disgruntled because she/they didn't get the job she/they applied for. Management's ability to not select certain employee's who lack real project controls skills. Management's ability to select employees who think reasonably. Management's ability to choose leaders who are experienced, diverse and able to lead and mentor employees. Overall I had no problem with my team, peers and my management. The management had sound judgement.

Cons

Growing pains (still recovering from El Paso Merger), a lot of great ideas, but need one solid voice to take the great ideas and communicate one clear message. More defined processes and procedures.
