      Pros

      provides benefits like health care and dental and vision. They have a good retirement program and 401k. Pay is above the industry standard.

      Cons

      Long hours on shift work (12hr shifts). A lot is expected to be done in a shift which is usually unfeasible so employees have high stress. Almost everyone I work with is unhappy with their career.

      Pros

      Excellent room for growth and many opportunities all over country since KM likes to acquire many new businesses.

      Cons

      If you are salary then forget about it! Salary for supervisors is horrible and for regular hourly employees on the Terminal side is atrocious.
