      Pros

      Easy products to learn. Training tools available to everyone. Agents are giving time to train before answering calls by themself. Agents have time to learn more and get better in their job. Top management does listen to everyone. Controltec management does care about their staff and always want them to succeed. Controltec is growing. If you a hard-working person, Controltec is the place for you to prove yourself. Everyone has an opportunity to improve. I started at entry-level, and the company gave me a chance to grow.

      For me, I don't have Cons. The culture has changed to meet staff needs because of COVID19.
