      Pros

      Company is growing. Everyone is busy and yet Controltec is trying to make sure everyone has the ability to improve individually as well. Management is helpful and open to working with you. There can be flexibility if you ever need it. it is one of the ways Controltec keeps that team feeling.

      Cons

      Growing pains (as with any small company). Health benefits are ok.

      Pros

      One of the things that I noticed when I first started to work here, is that everyone in this company is valuable - from the smallest agent, to the top of the chain. Everyone's voice is heard, and everyone has a chance to excel and do greater things. The company's business is also sustainable, even during the COVID pandemic. This provides security and relief to the personnel, ensuring they have a roof under their head, as long as they continue to work hard and make good progress.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      First, the people. Smart, friendly, helpful: Great combination. Also, the flexibility. I like to work odd hours, and they are fine with that. The work is interesting and challenging, never boring. I could have retired 10 years ago, but I'm having too much fun to leave.

      Cons

      I don't like having to keep track of my hours. But it's necessary, I guess.

      Yes, we have government contracts, and we are sometimes audited. The only way to pass is to show the work we did, and for accountants, that means show the hours we worked!
