I don’t have many cons to report, I do think that annual raises should be based on performance not an exam that is a pass or fail situation. Otherwise, no complaints.

To address the comment about raises, I believe you're referring to the Tier structure in our Support Department. In our Support Department, as our team members increase their knowledge base they can test into another Tier which does come with a pay raise.
