Pros

There are good work hours and benefits are pretty good as well. As long as there is proper work coverage, there is flexibility in managing time and schedules.

Cons

Bad culture is a kind way of putting it. Favoritism is blatant and for the few, they have a highway to success. For the majority of people, there are no career advancement opportunities, and job security is a question mark.

OK pay/ benefits. You can do the bare minimum and still have a job.

There is a saying amongst the employees that HR is running all the departments. I will leave it to you to figure out what it means.
