Pros

Student engagement and enrichment are high given there’s no gym Academic lead and dean provide visible leadership, accountability, and structure for students and staff. Very nice too. Students seem to bring genuine joy, personality, and life to the environment

Cons

Without a clear HR presence, staff may feel unsupported with workplace concerns. Policies may be inconsistently enforced or unclear. Hiring, onboarding is a mess Clear favoritism to people who refuse to follow protocol. Nepotism very apparent

Pros

Teachers and tutors are hard working and easy to get along with. Decent pay at $40 an hour for tutors.

Cons

Admin needs to improve communication and set up more effective ways of dealing with things like test prep and preparing staff through better professional developments. Needs to improve on how to address race related issues not just from students but from staff as well. New demands and responsibilities should not be added late nor should expectations that new responsibilities be done perfectly.
